Yesterday I didn't do so hot on staying within my calorie goal. I did well all day but then I went out for beer and spinach dip. It kind of put me back a little in my motivation just because it was the second day. I know I have to be able to continue to go out and do all the things I used to but I think in hindsight I should have cut back to having only two glasses of beer since I ate so much dip. Oh well!

I stayed within my goals today and I believe I will be doing some yoga tonight. I also went for a short walk after supper with the friends before we went out which was a smart thing to do before eating more. I was worried it would be harder to stay on track just because I have so much school work to do but everything is working out quite nicely and I am getting everything done as well as staying on track.

Today was a good day and I'm hoping tomorrow will be the same. I am going to make some vegetable soup, no carbs, low calorie and super tasty!
