How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I tend to weigh myself almost daily to keep tabs on where I'm standing; such as whether I'm losing, gaining or maintaining. Usually, it's just a causal check up. However, if I ever find myself obsessing, I don't weigh myself because that would be indulging in a negative behavior. You want your weight loss/maintenance to be a natural and relaxed thing, not for it to become horrible - something that you stress over night and day. Weight, like anything you're pressured to do, has a tendency to get stressful, obsessive and out of hand.

For me, I say, as long as my pants still fit I'm doing fine Smile
