SYSTEM CLEANSE DAY
I pride myself for this morning's breakfast, because I held back from over-eating in front of the television as I usually would. Instead, I had 4 cups (3 cups thawed) of whole, frozen strawberries. Not only are berries a superfood, but when frozen and then thawed, are even easier to digest! When the body consumes fruit on it's own, it processes it in 30 minutes! Eating the strawberries time to cleanse itself before my early lunch period (10:50), also providing my energy from the natural sugar.
Because of my school's schedule, I have no control over when I eat lunch. Forunately I had an appetite by then. However I treated it like snack time, munching on jalopeno slices and chugging a V8. Spicey food is not only delicious but extremely good for you!
By the time 12:00 rolled around I was feeling a bit peckish. However didn't have a chance to eat anything till 1:45 - a hard boiled egg I prepared that morning.. Eggs are supposed to keep you full, and I was expected to be at school till 5:45pm (although my activity was canceled). Less than an hour later I had three plum tomatoes, and a couple stalks of celery on the way home. Currently it's 3:10. My strict obsession of not even after 5:00 means I have 2 more at-home hours to get through before my worries of overeating are over.
Today has been such a breakthrough for not binging.
Drank plenty of water as well! (Over 24 oz)
Feeling full of energy.

HELP!!! How to stop over eating!?
I am a very obsessive eater, meaning no carbs, dairy, wheat, or meat (besides seafood). That leaves me with fruit/vegetables, seafood, and nuts. But I can't help eating WAY TOO MUCH! Anyone have an idea on how I can curve my addiction? How can I motivate myself enough to get out of the kitchen!?

Yesterday I didn't eat much so I fell asleep hungry and woke up with an apetite. Breakfast was over 400 calories, and I think I could have passed on the extra Quinoa salad, but I ate it anyway. I'm pretty content and am hoping it will be enough to keep me satisfied for another 8 hours or so. After that, it's no more food!

Because I am new with using my account, joining challenges seemed like a very fun idea. Little did I know I'd want to join SO MANY of them! In two days, I am going to be on wheat-free, ABC, 100 miles in 1 month, and drop 10 pounds in 10 weeks all at once! Flash your food is starting tomorrow, and today my Runner Buddies challenge has also begun.
Wish me luck!
