Starting in the fifth grade I began a running program called Girls On The Run (GOTR) where I was mentally and physically trained for a 5k. Two years passed, and after completing 4 seasons, my best 5k time was 27 minutes. But because I was moving to middle school and outgrowing the program, I started running on my own. In the seventh grade I scored fastest mile for a girl in my class! :) (7:07) And over the summer ran 8.6 miles nonstop, after drinking a five hour energy of course.

This is when I also started watching what I ate. Eventually I stopped eating mammal, and recently am trying to give up poultry as well. So basically, the only meat I'll be eating is seafood (pescatarian). Wheat is no longer a part of my diet, as well as all sugars, drinks, grains (besides Quinoa, brown rice, and sometimes oatmeal), and other obvious junk food. Healthier than ever, I'm looking to begin my 8th grade year strong.

Help
For one, not eating will make you LOSE your abs. Your body needs fuel, and filling up on healthy foods is never bad for someone who works out. You should never be afraid to eat a lot of something that is good for you, either.
