Week 25. This has not been a great week. I gained! The first week ever since I have been on this journey I have ended the week with a gain. I will not let this bring me down! Today I recommit... I can do this!
I am wondering why the gain is there though... I have been following everything pretty closely. Maybe not enough veggies this week. I haven't been logging my food either. I will start logging again...

Week 24 - Saw the 180's on the scale this morning and it felt pretty good. When I started this WOE 24 weeks ago at 225 pounds (I know my start weight on here is 210, but I had a bum scale when I first started so yes I weighed 225 pounds!!!... I thought I would be here a lot soon than this. I'm 25 away from my first goal of 164, once I reach that I plan to my move my goal to 140... baby steps. 36 pounds down feels great, with an average loss of 1.5 pounds a week, which is a healthy way to loose. It sure didn't happen over night, and it has been hard at times. I'm proud of myself and feeling really great. Can't wait to see what the next 24 weeks brings me!!
