Happy New Year!!
I've had a great start to the New Year with a 4.75lb loss. I think around half of this was just losing the fluid retention from the Christmas excesses, but the rest is real. I'm delighted and am looking well on track to achieve my goal weight in time for my daughter's 1st birthday on 24th March! :)

One word - Christmas!!
I actually did OK on Christmas Day and Boxing Day when we were at home, gaining only 0.5lb, but we've been staying at the in-laws since 27th, and been very well catered for!
