I've traveled for weeks now without so much as journal entry nor time on the scale. If the last weigh in is to be believed I've put on 8 pounds...something I'm working on removing right now. My own scale claims it's only 4 additional pounds.
Either way, I'm on it, with right eating and exercise. I'm glad travel is done until late April!
I'll do an official weigh in come next week!

I am in Boston this week working through each day, working hard not to over eat, and stick within my parameters. My stomach is much smaller these days so there are some limitations, but that doesn't mean I should not be careful! If anything I am painfully aware of the precariousness of my situation. We live and die by inches.
Hydration seems to be the greatest challenge and I'm going to take my water bottle with me from place to place.
No scales anywhere so a weigh in will have to wait for some time.
Yet hope remains.

Ate an egg, scrambled using Pam and half an Oroweat double fiber English muffin, and a tangerine. My goodness, I've forgotten has silky and good an egg can taste! Pinch me, it's the best breakfast I've had in a very long time!
I'm nearing my goal. My challenge comes next week when I'm traveling and can't control what I cook. I think I've got this though, as this kind of thing (travel) is normative and is just one variable amongst the many. I'm grateful to have lost this much weight and now want to keep it off.

It's a slow ride from here on out. I've kept well with my eating, however, workout activity suffered last week. I'm back on track now, happy about running several miles this week.
In fact, skiing is in order for the weekend! I went into the closet and put on ski pants I haven't worn since 2011! Wow!
Joined Weight Watchers last week and now moving to that program.

As I transition out of fasting and into regular food again (The transition will be a month long), I joined Weight Watchers and went to my first meeting.
I have mixed feelings about this program which I shan't detail here. However, I walked away learning a few things which makes the money I spent on this program worthwhile.
When all is said and done, the lessons I want to take away are the ones that help me live a balanced, healthy life.
