Like most people, I am one who struggles with weight. This was not always the case for me, but alas, that's where I find myself. I've gained, I've lost it all, and gained most of it back again.

Now, I'm back in the saddle, striving each day to live a healthy lifestyle...this time with deeper intention. I'm grateful to be on the journey rather than on the couch!

Better still, I'm on track to lose all this weight and then work even harder to keep it off!
