I am officially starting (I don't want to call it a diet but more of taking better care of myself) tomorrow. I am really alarmed by how many calories I took in today. I had success using this site in the past. Just had another bad experience with WW & became totally bored with Curves. I cannot bring myself to do South beach again although I had results with it.
I am hoping to make better food choices & be more active every day & hopefully see results. Going forward I am going to keep my calorie range between 1200 & 1500.
I can do this!!

I have been following Weight Watchers to a tee since last Thursday plus working out & the darn scale will not budge!!! I am getting so frustrated. My weigh in at Weight Watchers is on Thursday afternoon & I am praying that I will at least lose 1 measly pound by then. In the past I would always lose 3 to 4 lbs the first week. Slow metabolism stinks!!!!

This site helped me before & I hope it will help me again. I'm off the South Beach & onto the Weight Watchers. This is my first week on Weight Watchers. I've been working out at Curves 3 days a week for about a month now. I REALLY like Curves & would recommend it to anyone out there looking to get back into shape.
I was so close to my goal weight last summer & then I started working again & gained all my weight back. So here I go AGAIN!!

Breakfast = 1 low carb pumpkin muffin (homemade & truly low carb) & coffee with skim milk & s/f syrup
Lunch = salad greens with cubed up chicken breast, shredded cheddar & Ranch Dressing. 8oz of beef veg soup.
Dinner = Chicken Cordon Bleu & green beans
Dessert = s/f mocha & an apple with peanut butter (Yes I know that I should not have eaten the apple but it was the last one I did not want to throw it away)
Exercise = 30 minutes on the stationary bike
