I want to loose "baby fat" that I gained after having 2 kids and I was not able to get there just by making smarter food choices and exercise. So I decided to give this "diet" a try about 2 weeks ago, and so far - 3 lb. Only 17 more to go :) Tomorrow is my 2nd weigh in and I really hope to see more progress.
