Well I'm here like many other people trying to burn off some necessary weight =)I work as a Project Engineer for a Family Construction Business in LA, over the years I've gained a few pounds. I Love my Family and my Boyfriend. We're both trying to lose a few pounds. My goal is to get in the best shape of my Life So I'm doing the P90X Program and running my first half marathon on June 5 2010. Any Tips anyone can offer will be Great!! =) I love to do anything outdoors/active but my knees think otherwise, which why P90x shows some alternative moves that I'm able to do. It's a daily Struggle to keep on track, but you gotta take it one choice and day at a time and consitency will bring Success. DECIDE;COMMIT;SUCCEED =) Good Luck Everyone I wish you the same Success.
