I do feel really terrible. Towards the end of last week I went on a beer drinking binge which completely threw me off my weight loss plans. I figured I might as well ride the rest of the week through and start of in earnest the following week.
Well, guess what?
The following week came and went and I didn't follow my plan at all!
Hopefully next week will see me back on track ...
