Hey everyone I'm Kris from sunny Shrewsbury!
I joined up with this because I'm struggling to shift the last few kilos of my original weight loss goal so thought this would serve as a good way to monitor my calorie and macro/nutrient intakes. When I started off my journey I was 13st 9lbs and am currently at 11st 6lbs which has all been from a steady loss since January 2018. When I was at my heaviest it was due to excessive weight training. I got big and muscular but I was struggling carrying the extra weight being of a natural small frame and only being 5'7 tall. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and told I needed to shift some weight so I switched to long distance running and have completely thrived. Have ran 10k and half marathon races and try to do 3 good runs a week.
I know I'm not 'fat' but I wasn't healthy or fit so I took steps (or strides 😀) now I really want to get toned and shredded and this app will help me achieve that.
