I was away on a 2 week family vacation during the holiday season, thought I would gain a lot of unwanted weight . To my surprise I didn't, but I haven't lost a lot. Back on track now, my new goal is to lose another 10 lbs before summer.

I have almost reached my goal, when I joined Fatsecret in January 2012 my goal was to reach 175 from 220 , before our family cruise. I've almost reached my goal, I feel great about that.

Wow, thanks Fatsecret for making me accountable for my weight. When I started in January 2012 my goal was to lose 45lbs by next Christmas, thanks to my Son who encouraged me to join Fatsecret along with his support and your guidance I am just about there.
