Hello All
Im in the same boat, need to loose at least a hundred. My son is trying too. I hope we all can help push each other. Good luck we can do this.

Scared
Not only the doctor, but hubby. He says he thinks im doing good with it. But I know when the time is right he will rub it in. And I have a phobea of doctors anyways, he is kinda strict. And each visit costs me 75 plus bucks here at christmas, I had to go with a spider bite last month. Thats when he encouraged me to loose weight. He was nice but sounds ruff. My neice told me one reason I might not be noticing as much weight loss is because you gain muscle sometimes when you loose. Do you think thats true.I do feel a little firmer in places.And as big as I am it will take a while to really notice it. But my face looks a little thinner and ankles. My legs are not swelling like they were.

Thanks, but I have started eating better foods for me and cut out the sodas.. sweets.. potatoes.. almost all breads (wheat only if I eat any)I do nibble on wheat thins . I have read all kinds of info. on the right foods. And I have a gazelle stepper my niece gave me. I know it will not happen all at once. But I guess im just feeling down about it all. I have neverrrrrrrrrr been semi little. And I want to loose weight but back in my mind.. theres the doubt I will never be smaller. I know its crazy. On thanksgiving I ate like three teaspoons of a few desserts when out with the family. And that was on vacation.. I went into one of the candy shops Orlando and came out with a glass of icewater.. I didnt even try a sugar free. We walked three days in the parks, and did really well no sugars.. not sodas.. no bread ! Did eat like three frys, when I ate some of the steak out of my sandwich I got.. threw over 3/4s of it away only ate meat and veggies.. no condiments other than pickles tomates and the mushrooms. No mayo. I guess I was just needing someone to say, im not crazy.

I have a doc's app. this evening but im scared to go. It has been a month since I started taking a prescribed pill to help me. But I am scared I have not lost any weight. I have done really really well, went on vacation and tried to nibble and not over eat. I drank water , water , water. Had ONE glass of sweet tea, and two diet drinks. Since I have been home a week, took a bit of a cold and not had the energy to do much. Plus was very tired from the vacation. I have always been fat.. always.. and im scared I want to cancel the app. I hate to go and spend 75 dollars for him to tell me I didnt loose any. I dont have insurance.. and if he does tell me that .. I think I will give up.. Help. ((((((((SO stressed out about the app. I forgot to add the 26th the day of the icecream and stuff it was on a foody tour in savannah I was made to go on with family on the foody tour.(My christmas present from hubby to go to savannah with my brothers family) Thats why all that stuff was on there and i didnt eat all of the icecream really it was a taste of a sample. But with all the walking and stuff I splurged on a few tastes. My niece that I went with is on a diet too, so we shared the things we tried.I wanted to be as truthful to myself on here when putting down the things I eat.))))
