We had a potluck today to celebrate the boss birthday. Can't say no to
that
birthday cake. Planned ahead by skipping breakfast. I brought a delicious, healthy southwestern bean salad. Had a small portion at lunch, and a larger portion as my dinner (although just recorded it all under lunch). For a potluck day, I think I did amazingly well. I was generous in my guesstimates and came in much lower that I would have thought.
