I am a fit over 50 mom of 4 and grandmother of 3. I love to lift to reverse some of the negative impact of having a 40 hour/week desk job. I worked briefly as a personal trainer to this same end, but trying to do both was too much. I eat healthy most of the time and have for years. I've never been into junk food really. But I do need to track my calories from time to time, which brings me here.
