Going on "A" diet.....
I agree, it is definetly in the calories you take in vs the amount you burn. So a "diet" is not healthy, I think it is more about your game plan to allow your body to burn the calories you eat, as opposed to just eating and having a regular day. Good thinking! I enjoyed your caulifler recipe. I am adding dried beans as a strong protien source. I donot add meat, just gently boil, add seasoning and a few veg for flavor.Wink Good eating for life!
