Wow...I just weighed myself...I am astonished at how quickly stress can make you gain weight. I have had a rude awakening today. I am going to take steps to reverse this situation beginning NOW! I need to make up a new schedule, including swimming pool, and using the elliptical. I also plan to start doing toning exercises with resistance bands and free weights, and using my ab lounge.

Divorce makes you sad, but I can't stay sad because it is harming my health. I hope that after living a new lifestyle for the next year, that I will feel better, and look better. I need to start putting myself first. I plan to ask God to help me make a new commitment to myself to love myself enough to take care of my health every day. With God all things are possible! I see clearly what I need to do now in order to make my new life work...I must change the way I look at myself, and then change the way I spend my time...more exercise, and less couch time...
