Another great day. Ran forty minutes this morning, had breakfast with a friend, walked to visit and play with family and walked home.

The brownie I ate is vegan ...no butter, eggs, etc. I just don't know how to enter it so I entered it as a low fat brownie. Numbers will be very different but at least I'm recording it.

According to a few websites I need approximately 90 grams of protein a day! My average is 35 a day. Still having a hard time getting my ratios right so I looked back to see my high protein intake days and what I ate. Seems Warrior Food plant based protein supplement, veggie burger, lentils, and hemp protein powder were my high sources of protein. Good thing I love all these foods. I'll get working on this issue.

Forgot to weigh in on Thursday. I don't own a scale so I'll try on Monday to pop in the clinic and weigh myself.

What a fabulous day!
I had coffee this morning at my favourite place while contemplating the big windy hill up up up to Glenora. Faced my fears and amazed myself! I went all the way to Glenora Farm out at the end of Waters Rd, had lunch at Alderlea Farm, it was awesome, then rode the other way to Koksilah Rd, Allenby and around town. My car still wasn't ready so I rode home and had a shower. It was a great day out on my bike. Total three hours of fun alone time with a nice breeze under the sun.

I have to say I'm getting lazy in the department of adding my recipes so when I enter a veggie burger the stats on it are all wrong. I ate a homemade vegan burger today made from seeds and grains and vegetables from an organic farm, the bun was mini and homemade. My salad was lettuce, cucumbers, zucchini, a few sunflower seeds and raisins all from the garden. My smoothie was fresh blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, hemp protein, and coconut milk. Ratios I don't know exactly. My date square was bought and was vegan so the nutritional info for that will be way different also, no butter, no eggs, etc..

I went to see a specialist for something yesterday and she weighed and measured me...I'm actually taller than the last time I was measured...yeah!

My journal may be lengthy but it is so I can look back on it and see what was going on for me physically and emotionally.
