I haven't used this site much since I joined last year (2011) when I had 20 lbs to lose. Since then I lost 10 lbs just being active and eating reasonably well. However now I want to tone and gain that long, lean look I've always wanted to main. Believe me there is NO SHORTCUT! You must eat healthy and workout! Ladies that means using weights and strength training, and hard cardio - I'm talking sweating, panting, out of breathe, skin flushed - type of cardio. Granted you have to work up to that level of exercise, but that what it take to show muscle (not necessarily bulk up). I believe in living this way for many reasons, the most important being health, and having the energy to do what you need and want to do everyday!

I'm all about giving (and receiving) advice where I can. I do my research about various nutritional and workout plans. Always trying to find something new and interesting to keep up a this lifestyle! I don't mean to sound harsh in describing how to stay healthy, more to be honest about what it takes to gain a strong, lean look like I am aiming for.
