I lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks, which I suppose is a good thing. It's hard to see how they lose 2 digit amounts on Biggest Loser and stuff, but I know that's an entirely different situation. I just have to keep at this and not give up!

My first official workout today was so hard on me, but I feel like I made a good start and already, I'm making conscious efforts on eating better. No more candy bars in the checkout line, no more empty calories, no more sitting on the couch. I'm ready and excited!
