fat 39.9% went to Gozo for west side story yesterday, had noodles soup before I left , one red martini and twisted there, and tastep wrap with shredded mozzarella on coming home

fat 40.2%, fasting 16:8, last meal 7:30pm, next day first meal 11:30am. first meal is apple, peanut butter and 2 capsules krill oil. sometimes I also take nuts because I am finishing what I have in my work drawer.

fat 40.7% washed car yesterday, exterior, during lunch break, walked to Surfside after work and back. had half veg pie from Deguara for dinner, mixed veg salad for lunch and bought apple and peanut butter for breakfast. went overboard on the peanut butter, had some almonds, cashews and hazelnuts for snack and some mini chocolates. I want to make a conscious effort to reduce the snacks as I am sure those are piling the weight up. cannot afford to go up with the wedding in 2 months time. will try reduce the carb intake not related to veggies 😊
