I read the book on Glycemic Index and it has helped. I'm eating better. I need to excerise a little more but i'm working on that.

I have been working out 6 days a week and still have not lost any weight. What I had noticed is the my clothes fit a little better. What can I do? I walk to a DVD walk jog.
