I am super worried already this week about my Saturday weigh in .... I feel all yucky with cramps and I have mega cravings that are driving me crazy. I told my husband yesterday all I wanted was something salty and greasy and I had no idea why except for the possible pmsing.

I am grateful he of course knows me well enough to know I would be very angry come weigh in time if he let me give into my cravings. I am also really upset that I have not made the water thing a regular habit as of yet. I have my bottle of water at my desk and I just stare at it but I am not sure if I am just not thirsty or what but I will go all day with out drinking anything which is horrible because I get so dehydrated all the time. I have done good today I have drank at least 12 oz but I feel like I am forcing it.

I am also torn between if I want my husband to work out with me or not...

I at first told him no because he already weighs less than me and he tends to lose weight super easy and super quick but I think if I have someone to work out with or walk with or what ever it may help motivate me...*sigh*
