Is it bad luck to start a diet with a cinnamon roll and a cup of hot chocolate in the morning on your very first day?
Probably, but I'll get the hang of 'dieting' eventually, I hope.
I put on a kilo in the last week. Between being cooped up in classes and satisfying my glucose cravings. I have packed the weight on in the last few weeks. Weight I am determined to get RID of. Hopefully, I'll manage to lose the weight and keep it off this time.
