Back pain cured, from better diet. Immediately !!!
Thanks, for the replies. Am definitely going to look further into AI foods, for sure. I can't believe how much better I feel, and so rapidly too. My golf and bass guitar have improved beyond measure as have my energy levels and general outlook on life. Also, now realise how depressed I had become, like carrying a monkey, or rather silver back gorilla, on my back. One thing's for sure, I wont be going back to my previous diet, now I know how bad it made me feel.
PS
How many calories in a Martini. Would have just had the olive, if I had known!

Yes, basically. I couldn't believe the improvement and it couldn't be weight loss, although I think this helps too. I have lost 3 kgs now, in 3 weeks. My golf has improved, for sure! And no, I am not trying to hawk anything; just trying to help others.

Back pain cured, from better diet. Immediately !!!
Hi.
Has anyone else experienced the following, out of interest?
So, having suffered for too long with a bad back, especially over the past 8 months, 1 decided enough is enough. I therefore decided to firstly, lose weight and then, if that didn't help I would have to look at having an operation.
As I have a new TAB I have since found this www and associated app, which has been excellent in helping me keep track of what I am eating and that is it. No secret diet, or anything like that, just calorie control.
The main point I would like to make and maybe get some feedback on is that the back pain improved almost immediately, like within a couple of days and gets better each day. I also feel 100% more alive and energetic, which I also attribute to the much improved back.
Anyway, feedback would be good but I have also posted this so that it may encourage someone else to give the old diet a try, to help with their back pain.
Regards,
JC
