Well day 2~ and shame on me for going to the waffle house last night with family!! Seriously... what was I thinking.. Well day 2 or trying to get this nutrition under control. I can do it b/c I done it before... argh....
Todays goal walk 2 miles, eat healthy dinner option.. Seems like work im ok, but when I get home I get tired and just would rather pick the quick option..
** ANY SUGGESTIONS ** I need to replace this fattening coffee every morning.. Im not a big breakfast eater as waking up 4 am puts a stress on you.. so at 5 am im drinking my loaded coffee to wake me up and put some sugar in my body that I need... Any suggestions on replacement or option..

Looks pretty terrible seeing I have gained 31 lbs in 6 months.. Working 14hrs 7x a week not much sleep and lots of loaded coffees I guess caught up with me.. Time to make a serious change for my health..
Looks like I was goal driven at one point, need to make that a challenge daily!!
Anyone out there want to help keep me on track daily.. by sending me an email or everyday on here reminding me that Hey I can do it!!! Obviously I haven't wow.. just really shocked at the moment at my weight gain..
I guess I haven't looked in the mirror.
