atkins diet .........not losing
Hi, I started induction a few days ago and NOTHING !! haven't lost an ounce...... I"m not sure what I'm doing wrong I have boiled egg and bacon for breakfast, salad for lunch and burger with no bun and salad for dinner......what am I doing wrong??? can someone please help me thanks
