So, today is my last official day of Focus T25. I've got Rip't Circuit followed up by Speed 2.0, so it's going to be tough, but I'll do my best and forget the rest! But what surprises me is actually not that I've made it this far and completed something. I'm more surprised by the fact that it feels like I didn't do anything. I'm not trying to pooh-pooh my success, because I know that I worked really hard and have made a lot of progress.

It's more that I have FINALLY turned exercise and eating right into HABIT.

Never in my life have I had the support to get me through this much exercise and eating right long enough to make it into habit, and for that I'm undyingly grateful. I was just joking with my workout buddy, Syl90, the other day about how splurging has now become two slices of whole grain bread with a little coconut oil, sprinkled with a little sugar and cinnamon.

Also, it's gotten the point where I have eaten well for so long that I cannot have bad food anymore. If I eat something fried, I immediately get the runs. If I eat something too cheesy, I'm sick to my stomach that day and the next. And don't even get me STARTED on pizza!

The best part is, it doesn't feel like it's ending, BECAUSE IT'S NOT. Syl90 and I are going to keep going! Workout buddies for life!

I hope everyone out there is making progress toward turning health into habit! Best of luck!

Hello everyone! Well, I went home last weekend, which meant a lot of eating out, and less working out than I normally would do. I don't know how much weight I gained during the weekend, but I do know that my metabolism is working much faster than it used to. I weighed in this morning at 201 lbs, which sucks to be over the 200 lbs mark again, but considering how terrible I ate over the weekend, it's amazing I'm not like 205. I'm confident that if I work hard and eat right, I'll lose the rest of the weight I gained lickety split!

Wish me luck as this week, I'M FINISHING UP FOCUS T25!!!! It's strange because it doesn't feel like I'm finishing, but I think that's because I know that immediately after I finish, I'm not done. I'm going to keep going :) I'll repeat one more round of Beta, and then Syl90 and I are going to try Insanity again!!! So excited for that! I feel like this time we'll actually be able to keep up a little bit!

Holy cow! Apparently, the cleanse I was doing worked! On Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of last week, I did a small cleanse where I ate somewhere around 1200 calories a day to get past my plateau, and I lose 3.2 lbs last week because of it :) However, this is coupled with the fact that I got a new tape measure (one that will do the tension for me since I have a tendency to tighten things too much), and I've gained inches almost everywhere. I also apparently gained body fat (though that's more likely due to the measurements being too small, so I didn't gain body fat, I just didn't realize it was there), but no big deal. I know next week I'll see that coming down :D

The weekend was okay. I got some much needed R&R, but that also came with me eating bad food because I was so hungry from the cleanse. Bad idea. As soon as I had something fried I had the runs 30 mins later and felt crappy for the rest of the day. Sunday wasn't as bad, but I did eat a lot since I was ravenous. I'm going to try to get back on track today and this week :) Wish me luck!
