Down 4 lbs but I know its just water weight. Doing great. Still having a hard time getting up to exercise. Still raining and friggin freezing cold.
I haven't had any cocktails since Sunday.
I know I can do this. I am a strong person. I have accomplished so much in the past few years - things much harder than eating healthy.

Day two. Only day two. But its better than day one. And day 5 is closer, as is day 20, 40 and 60. All closer than yesterday.
I feel great and encouraged and excited to get thinner, for my clothes to fit better. It seems unlikely, but soon the weather has got to get better so I can walk everyday. Starting the exercise slow and will gradually pick up the intensity.
