Gonna try to get back into tracking -- I've just ignored that whole part totally even though I've stayed dedicated to my eating plan. Fat loss has been slow ever since Halloween night and my mishap with candy corn, though ornery mid-life hormones have also been mucking things up too. Bummer! Hopefully I can find a way back to efficiency soon.

Just thinking about how much I appreciate the hunger-satiating quality of LCHF. I eat one nice, filling fatty meal and I don't get hungry or even munchy for five, six hours, sometimes longer, and I LOVE no longer having those onsets of sleepiness soon after eating. SO different from the low-fat approach I did so many years ago where I was constantly hungry and miserable and exhausted. Never again with that nonsense.

The new scale arrived -- a nicer, more accurate one! It gave me some good news. :D
Edit: Also tape-measured a little bit. I've lost four inches from my hips. SO HAPPY ABOUT THAT.
