Very confused by this .1 of a kg loss - eaten/exercise/food group proportions all been exactly the same as the week before. It's just .2 of a lb lost. I notice on my scales that if your weight is in your heels you get a 1-2 kg light than if you have your weight more towards the front of your feet when it gives a similarly heavier reading. So I'll record this for now but I might re-do it later and test some different ways of standing as these seems quite an inaccurate result.

1.8kg lost on 8.5.17 - 9 days since starting diet on 28 April. 1.8kg is 4lbs. On target to reach goal weight in 5 weeks.

Starting from scratch and giving up drinking as when I drink, I eat. A lot. Packing more fresh and raw foods in, massive reduction in processed wheat products, no bread, switching to whole grains and protein grains like quinoa. See how that goes.

Having one solitary night off from diet tonight but even so won't be going much over my total for the day. Will complete food intake tomorrow.
Had a horrible day from lunchtime onwards. Why do people on forums have to be so aggressive and unpleasant? Really put me on a downer.
