Well, it's been 3 weeks and I'm doind well. I wishing I was still losing weight but I've been stuck at 161.4 for about 4 days. It's better than gaining and I know I haven't really followed the diet. When I first starting I took my measurements (Bicep, Chest, Waist, Hips, Thigh, Calf, & Ankle)and I measure every week to see if there is a change. So far I have lost a total of 6 inches. I lost 2.5" in waist, .5" in bicep, .75" in thigh, and 2.25" in hips. I think is a true indicated that I am losing fat instead of my muscle. I am more focused on my measurements than my actually weight because I do work out a lot and I have a lot of muscle and everyone knows muscle weighs more than fat. So hopefully I will continue to lose weight along with the inches but I'll be happy to get down to my set goal for inches too.

Seeing some great results. I'm following the SBD pretty well. Every once in a while I will have something that is not permitted but I don't over indulge. It's usually something like bread instead of sweets. for the most part it is pretty easy. I really miss the fruit though. One more week and I can eat fruit!
