I'm busy all the time. I am a single mother that works full time, and goes to school full time. I have two kids, that are entering teenage years, side business and I love to eat all sorts of foods. My main goal is to lose weight but the healthy way. I am hypoglycemic, which means I have low blood sugar, so I need to eat every 3 to 4 hours to keep my blood sugar from dropping.
My main goal is to start a healthier lifestyle for me and my family in which I can enjoy food and not feel like I have to limit my selections.
