First week of the 10,000 step/20 min. daily cardio complete. I found that I could push past any lack of motivation by literally agreeing to put one foot in front of the other over and over. Today was challenging due to some hip pain - will be monitoring that. Feel positive and strong overall!

Diet went off the rails for my birthday. That's ok. I'm recording what I eat and drink. I'm generally under or near my calorie count for the day. I'm meeting my exercise challenge goals, which is a big achievement.
