I have been gone off this site for a few months now, I was finding it hard to keep up track of everything I was doing, but I have stayed in the healthy lifestyle, been in the gym for a year now, going 6 days a week some call it addicted I call it dedication, I was losing weight in a stable way, but suddenly it stopped I am stuck at size 14 even though im still eating my fruits n veggies I have gained 4 pounds and im thinking its all muscle since I am lifting heavy weights but its still weighs on my head, not really sure if that what it is, I wonder if this has happened to someone else? it would be great to have someone answer if it has, but regardless im still going at it and not giving up

clean eating, gym everyday with weights, I am thinking its the added muscles that's making the scale tip... I sure hope so
