Still the same 203lbs!
Please will someone looking at my daily food plan and give me a kick....guide me! I'm stuck on the proverbial plateau.

I can't believe what my hubby did. He bought peanut butter cookies!
My favourite, favourite cookie is......peanut butter. I will blame him if I put on weight this week.
And, to make matters worse, I had to add them to the meal plan.
I shall have to punish him. Mmmmm

I'm wondering if I'm eating too much. 1600 cals a day is a battle.
I seem to lose more if I eat less. I'm dropping to 1400 just this week. I start a new challenge on Sunday, to lose 5% of my body weight in 4 weeks. Which is 203 x 0.05 = 10.15 ÷ 4 weeks = 2.54lbs/week. Oh boy!

Weighed in 6/7/13. Down 2lbs. I was surprised how easy it was not to eat anything sweet, other than fruit. Sweet things are my down fall.
