I did not record lunch today....because it was treat day. My boss is leaving.

What I ate: 3 carrot sticks, 3 broccoli pieces, 5 bbq potato chips, 10 pretzels with 1 tbsp of spinach/artichoke dip with real grated parmasen (spelling?) cheese, 3 cocktail weinies in bbq sauce (light amount), 4 ham wrapped pickles with light cream cheese and 4 (2 inches long) wraps with turkey, veggies and cheese. Now I did not eat all these at the same time. Some was at 10:00am, some at 12:45.

What I didn't eat: apple pie, cinnanmon rolls, pulled pork sandwiches, cake, fried won-tons, fried egg rolls, crackers, my former usual amount of chips---easily 3-4 servings at one time, dip on my veggies or my former usual amount of dip for pretzels--you know 2-3 tbsps...cause if 1 tbsp is good, then doubling or tripling that must be that much better.

Long story short...I made healthier decisions than what I would have in the not so recent past and I went for a walk afterwards.
