Walked .63 mile to get powerball ticket this afternoon. Crossing my fingers.
Walked 1.64 miles this evening to see if that will help bring down my fasting blood sugar in the morning.
Have to admit it felt good.
I've been way too sedentary the last 9 months.

2011 Low Carb Cruise was AWESOME!!! Learned a lot (great speakers) and got new motivation to go forward with the plan.
Looking forward to the 2012 Crusie, Gary Taubes is going to be a speaker.

Lots of shopping today
15# of flank steak
10# of pork shoulder
I'll be cooking the pork shoulder and drying the jerky tomorrow.
$270 worth of meat & Cheese.
I'm monitoring my blood sugar after every new food.
its all about the sugar.
