I have decided to give ViSalus ~ Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge my Full Attention for the next 30 days.
After our traumatic event in January 2012, I started gaining weight again because of the trauma I couldn't keep up with diet... weight started getting back on again. I had finally been down to 163 lbs but i went straight up to 213.3 lbs.
I came across a friend of mine that I had not seen for a while and she had been on the Body by Vi 90 Day Challenge. She told me that she had gone down from 248 lbs to 190 lbs in only 2 1/2 months. I asked her what do I have to do... because I was getting frustrated that food had gone up an all the food I had to buy would take away from my daughter.
When she told me that I could get the shakes for free, I was sold because it was 60 meals for me that was FREE... and only thing I had to worry about was 1 meal for myself, and my meals for my 6 year old. I went out and got 3 friends to sign up as well and I got my shakes for FREE.
I started and was sold on the nice flavor of the shakes... they taste literally like Cake batter. I can bake with it, make ice cream, power bars, even make a pizza with the Vi-Shake mix ect.
I have lost 20 lbs, my daughter age 6 was in awe like I was myself, because I lost the weight without any heavy exercises, no jumping around.
If anyone wants to know more and what my meal plan is I love to share it!
