23 year old graduate student living in Michigan. I'm working towards increasing size and muscularity. I'm 163lb and shooting for 180 as a half-way goal (10% increase in body weight). I'm working with Staggs Fitness Team for nutritional and exercise guidance/council. Once increased size and muscularity is achieved, I plan to enter a bodybuilding competition with Staggs guidance.
