Today for the first time in my life I have jogged two miles without stopping. I did a total of an hour worth of treadmill work I started with a five minute workout a 14 minute incline, this brought me to 1 mile then that's when I hit into jog mode. I jogged from min-19 to 50 minutes which brought me to a total of 2 miles. The rest of the way was slight incline then the cool down. I burned a total of 554 cals. Later this evening I hope to burn some more with the last chance work-out. I'm trying to include my husband in this lifestyle change. I hope and pray the he too starts to embark in this mission.

I broke a rule yesterday, I had burgerkings big fish for lunch, and if it wasn't enough I had fries and a medium sprite. At first it was good but after realizing that I just sabotaged my diet I refused to eat dinner. Instead I replaced my dinner with an hour of hard cardio and weight lifting. I felt fantastic, I slept fairly well too! This is a reminder to me never to eat out again. Take out is the killer of all humans.
Take out contents: High levels of salt that cause water retention, High fat contents that stick to your mid-section, thighs and glutes. Enough calories to replace a whole days worth of meals in one sitting. If that's not bad, then what is it?

Today I busted my buns and now I am exhausted. I did 30 minutes of billy blanks boot camp, then I did his 35 minute abs boot camp. I walked on the treadmill for 18 minutes. Then at 7:30 tonight I did 45 minutes of Jillian M's last chance workout. Talk about super strength! I think if I would have tried this weighing 228.6 lbs three months ago I would have died LOL! But I've lost 16.6 lbs so far and my body is screaming thank you! I have lots of thanks to give to my Heavenly Father for the motivation that I have and to the Blessed Mother who accompanies me throughout my day. I will continue on and hope that everyone does the same. Summer is around the corner and who wouldn't want to look hot in a pair of white shorts with a navy/white sailor top. The added bonus is wearing sandles without thinking the heels are gonna break or get stuck in the ground...I've had plenty of these moments. To all of you who read my journals keep up the hard work, when you fail get back up and start all over again. This is my mentality about things...Its about power..will power. I control the fork, I control my body, I control my actions! I am responsible for making myself who I am. Good night

Today I felt like giving up...but I did not. I decided to do something different. I felt lazy so I took an hour nap something I barely ever do. when I woke up I still felt like ditching the excercise and staying on the couch; however I thought of what I want and that's to be 81 pounds lighter. Staying on the couch isn't gonna get me there so I did it, I popped in my Jillian Cd and went to work. Then I prayed for 15 minutes after and because of God I had an extra boost of motivation to hit the treadmill. I jogged for 10 straight minutes something I haven't been able to do in a very long time and added incline for 20 minutes. I just want to say one thing, when you feel like you don't want to do excercise that's when you get up and do it. You will probably work out harder like I did and at the end the feeling is rewarding. The best part of this whole entire thing is the pain and discomfort, it helps to remind me not to over eat and reminds me of all the hard work I've done! I hope that whom ever reads this finds it useful. Good night!
