So I decided that the best exercise for me at the moment would be long distant walking. I tried the walk/jog on the treadmill and I can honestly say that it beat me, made me hungrier than usual and made me feel super sick. I only did 30 minutes on Tuesday. The next day I was dragging like I had a ball and chain attached to me. So I decided a full house cleaning would serve as a better work out than actually getting back on the treadmill. Today I decided to go for the neighborhood stroll which lasted two hours. I felt great and when I got home I was hungry, but not ravenous like Tuesday. A bowl of cereal did me some justice and to keep myself from the kitchen I hid in my room and took a nap. It worked like a charm! I have a problem with watching what I eat and that is my downfall. I think that if I play food police with myself I can actually get my act together. Either way I hope to continue doing what I started and pray that by the end of this month I can at least lose 5 pounds.

Being fat is a nightmare and the harder I try to lose it the more it seems that I gain it. Three years ago I'd eat a yogurt, work out for 2 hours, have a small bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, then have a salad for lunch, and a decent sized dinner with plenty of water and I dropped the weight. Now that I've gained it back, plus, it won't freaking come off.

Did anyone watch the biggest loser finale? If you did, what did you think about Rachel's weight?

So I decided to try Jillian Michael's ripped in 30 again I started the program this Monday, hopefully this time I will stick to the program. Every week is a different work out each workout is 20 minutes. Its a bit rough on my joints because I'm so heavy but I still do the full 20 without stopping. I also work and I'm on my feet all day, then come home to cook, clean and take care of the kids. I've been watching what I eat and I allow myself a snack a night so that I won't feel deprived and then go splurge like a farm animal. Other than that I feel a slight improvement already which is a big motivator for me. I will see how this all goes at the end of the month and when I step on the scale I'll know for sure if I'm doing the right thing.
