I have a fat kid mentality and it SUCKS! Ive been doing pretty well with watching what i eat, i just think its gonna be a lil harder to change my lifestyle than i thought. I finally was able to write in my food journal n take a glimpse of my intake. I have to say that carbs are still my weakness because they are in EVERYTHING. I just need to better educate myself on what are good carbs versus bad carbs. I need to start excersisng more, i know this. Finding the energy is becoming a tough issue. I want this, i want this.....i need this change.

New years has past and im ready to buckle down and get back on track of loosing weight. Im pumped to start my first work out today. I start my challenge in a few days and im very eager to see the pounds shed. Bye Bye fat! Hello bikini :)

Well, day one down and i think i did pretty well. I dont think i had as many calories as i should have, but im sure this counting calories thing will get easier. Once i figure out coreect meal plans and the calories they consist of, i know that i can stick to this. I was very excited to start, i didnt even wanna wait till the 1st. Tomorrow i plan on doing a work out and continue on in my journey to shedding the pounds. :)

I have never been good at diets. Not because i dont see results, but more like i never see them thru. The excuses stop here! Im a stay at home mother of two, one of which i had almost 7 months ago. The time is now for this lifestyle change, not only for myself but for my family. In order to be truly happy with my life i need to start with myself first and dedicate my time to getting healthy. Im very excited to see what the future holds for me in the new year to come! Time to get physical!!!!
