Ok....my new picture is not the most flattering but I am hoping that it will encourage me to work harder and push threw any stress that may be happening in my life. I am hoping that by posting the "real" weight picture of myself I will open my eyes and be held accountable to my choices weather they be food or any aspect in my life. I am going to still love myself at any level and be proud of who I am and what I have accomplished. It is for this reason I have chosen to share the real me.

Ok...I am going to jump on the detox 5 day program...but I may modify it just a little. However, I feel rather strongly it will be effective. I am going to give it a go. Wish me luck. :o

Well I am back after taking most of the school year off. Yep very poor on my new eating habits, well what habit...habit implies that I have learned to do something without restraint or problem to continue, but that wasn't the case.....I not only gained the weight back but I believe I have put more on. How discouraging. what makes this time different, I do not know except I am determined to continue to fight this up hill battle one step and (slide back) at a time.

This week is a challenge because I am returning to work after spending time focusing on me and my food... I will be focusing on the kids and our classroom. Wish me Luck!

Well today I worked out for 1 1/2 hours.... first 30 minutes was on the treadmill, then weight lifting, and finally swimming in my pool. I was so amazed at how quickly it went. I have been cheating lately and need to kick it up a bit.....but I am hoping I am on track again. :)
I took a picture of me when I started my new life journey to a healthier me and just compared my June, July and August photos, Wow!! There was a difference and the biggest thing that surprised me was that my weight loss has been all over..... not just in one area, but all over my body....arms, back, waist, legs, ect..... Sometimes I get discouraged and have those really bad gonna give up days, but today is not one of them. I will post an updated photo of me when another two months have passed.....my new photo will be when I reach my mid goal of breaking 200 pounds...that will be my new photo!
I hope everyone is doing well and making it one meal at a time. :)
