Doing better better this morning with the craving monster off of my back. I drank a wonderful Ninja shake (all natural whole vegies and fruits) no dairy, wheat or added sugar. I am starting my day off on a better note. :) I weighed myself this morning and I am another 1/2 pound down but I am going to wait another three days before I record my weight again.

Today has been a tough day trying to stay away from munching my way through the candy isle but I did not do it. Seriously, I could have taken a cart and walked into the store, taken it down the candy isle and just taken my arm and just swiped everything from both sides of the junk food isle into it. Paid and then sat down with a giant bottle of soda and eaten all of it... wow I am getting sick just typing this... lol. But that is how I felt today, instead I made me some homemade trail mix with all of the healthy snacks I can eat. :) fresh fruit and all. :) I am glad today is coming to a close because this craving came out of nowhere. I will be grilling some chicken and eating it on a bed of green salad for dinner tonight. No soda at all... just saying.

Today I was hit with a really bad migraine and it was bad.... that is what makes exercising a bit hard to do regular; however, I am giving a good try. Its late and I do not want to lay flat... my eating with this new diet plan is going well but much more research is needed in order for me to get the flour mixing down. I did see a really good tortilla recipe made of cauliflower, spices and eggs I am going to try it. I have much more research to do.
