Great journal entries and comments the last few days, I continue to learn a lot about different attitudes, gadgets and approaches from everyone's comments.
I have the FITBIT Aria scale, which automatically uploads the information to the FITBIT site, along with fat and BMI percentages. After reading the comments about the Tanita scale, that sounds like a great investment for me. The additional information it provides sounds great, and a real good measuring stick for my efforts and energies I am putting into my new lifestyle.
Food was good today, was hungry for the first time in several weeks. Am feeling much better today with the digestive problems. I gave up, dairy and caffeine 5 days ago, that is suppose to help when the digestive problems, so far so good.
Adjust, adjust, adjust.....guess that's going to be my new motto!!!

Have been loosing weight to fast the last 6 weeks. Thought this would pass, and the Colitis like symptoms would pass. They haven't.
Thought it was just from changing my food intake around so much the last 4 months. But something else is going on.
Have done some research the last couple of days, a number of different possibilities with the symptoms I'm having. IBS, colitis, Crohns's, several other options.
Have a Dr. apt on Wednesday....have put it off, now have to find out what's wrong with my digestive track.
All of these digestive disorders run in my family, along with diabetes, heart disease, hemorrhoids, various addictions.
I already have to eat a very restrictive diet due to chemical intolerance. There were several different suggestions for food intake for colitis and the other digestive track disorders.
Well, I guess it's like anything else put in front of me, I'll make the adjustments.
