The only blurp that I had in my clean eating plan is that I had a small frosty from Wendy's. I am a die hard icecream lover so I have decided to reward myself at the end of the week, as long as I have not cheated at all durning the week.

Today was Legs & Back day.....man oh man did it kick my butt! I have chalked up another "clean" day of eating. I am extremely proud of myself for sticking to healthy eating with NO and I mean NO CHEATING at all! With that being said, I did give in and and smoke 4 cigarettes today. I had went 3 days with not smokes, but caved in today and had 4. But all in all, it has been a very good. Even though I gave in to smoking today, I still have only had 7 smokes since starting the program. That is less than 2 a day. I would say that is improvement considering that I was smoking 15 a day. I am well on my way to becoming smoke free and having my "college" body... :-)

Today is an extremely rough day! I have now hit the wall and feel like I have no energy what so ever. I guess my body is adjusting to the shock of eating clean and lowering my overall caloric intake down to 1900. The Shoulders/Arms workout went really well this morning. Def brought it and got after it!!!!
The work week begins tomorrow lets just hope that I can stay clean and be strong.

Today was my first day of P90X. In all, it was a good day. My target Caloric intake goal is 1900 calories while doing the super fat shredding diet in Phase 1. (First 30 days)
My caloric intake is to be 50%Protein/25%Carbs/25%Good Fats.
Today I ended up at 31%P/27%C/42%GF. I will have to adjust my protein vs GF over the next couple of days to make sure that I am where I need to be by the 4th day of the program.
My workout went well. I did Plyometrics, in which I made it through the entire workout but I did struggle from minute 44 until the end. My heartrate was in the "fat burn" zone for the entire workout. My range is from 65-85% in which I stayed in upward of 80-75% for the majority of the workout.
Negative side effects that were felt were minimum. The only problem that I experienced was severe headaches for the majority of the day. I am not sure if this was caused by the MASS reduction in calories or by the nicotene from the 4 cigarettes that I smoked today. Which is a win for me, considereing that I usually smoke close to 10-12 a day.
Overall, I would rate today as a 7/10. Good start to the beginning of new me!!!!
