Any healthy pizzas out there? (prefer a meat one)
To be honest, the turkey pepp really is pretty good. Migh take a day or two to get use to but it is so much healthier.

If you are eating healthy, it is always better to learn to make your own pizza unless you have pizza store that can make any pizza that you would like. We have one of those here in Columbus, OH and I make sure that it is made with wheat crust, fat free cheese, turkey pepp and low sodium sauce. If you do not have a store like that, it is just as easy to make your own. Once you do it a couple of times, it becomes very easy. Plus you can experiment a littl more this way. You know what is going into the pizza and how fresh the ingredients are. (fresh veggies are always a good weight to go) I have experimented with turkey bacon, turkey pepp, turkey burger and it was not too great. I love meat but when making a healthy pizza I have found that the turkey pepp, green pepper, onion and low fat cheese is pretty good. And the toppings are fresh. Once you begin eating a pizza this way, you will not want to eat one of the "pizza chain" pizzas again!

its crazy because
Depending on if you are trying to gain muscle weight or just weight in general. If you are trying to gain 35lbs of muscle weight, it is a long and rough process. The key to this is to eat, eat, eat!!! But you must eat "clean" or the weight you gain, you will qickly want to lose. If you are working out, I would recommend doing more strenght training and less cardio.

Make sure you get plenty of protein, about 1g to 1lb of lean body mass. Also, make sure you are getting plenty of carbs to give you enough energy to make it through your workouts. I would say 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% good fats....If you want to pack on a lot of muscle, then up yor protein intake more and lower your fats.
